Amana Claim is in pre-launch. These terms cover using this website and joining the waitlist. The full service agreement — the one that governs chasing invoices on your behalf — will be presented to you for acceptance before you ever start using the product. Until then, nothing here commits you to anything or charges you a penny.

Who we are

Amana Claim is a pre-launch product being built by a small UK team for UK limited companies. You can reach us about anything in these terms at [email protected].

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist simply registers your interest. It is free, needs no payment details, and places no obligation on you. We may email you about the founding cohort and launch; you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy page for how we handle your details.

What Amana Claim will and won't do

These are commitments we are building the product around:

• No interest, ever. We will never apply statutory or any other interest to what your customers owe. We are monetised only as fixed, published recovery costs.
• UK limited companies, business-to-business only. We serve UK Ltd creditors chasing UK Ltd debtors — not consumers or sole traders.
• You stay in control. We act as your champion and never take an action you haven't authorised. Escalation follows a fixed, published process — never an automated decision made for you.

Acceptable use

Please use the site honestly: give accurate details, don't attempt to disrupt or probe it, and don't use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights. We may withdraw access if the site is misused.

No service yet — provided "as is"

While we're in pre-launch, the website and waitlist are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or remove features as we build. No accounting, legal, or financial advice is given on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amana Claim is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Our content

The Amana Claim name, branding, copy, and design on this site are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes

As the product grows, these terms will too. If anything material changes, we'll update the date above and, where it matters, tell you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
